Overview

Meridian Intake helps a healthcare intake team handle referrals that arrive as faxes, PDFs and emails.

Challenge

Staff retyped details from messy documents by hand. It was slow and easy to get wrong, and any automation had to leave clinical decisions with people.

Solution

A review-first workflow. Language models suggest each field and show where it came from; staff confirm or correct it. Nothing is filed without approval, and every change is logged.
